But I just figured out how to get all my analog stuff onto my computer so I can share it digitally with you all;) So anyways I made this slide show because I really love this song by 30 Sec to Mars of their new album This is War. The song is named Alibi, and it just reminded me so much of my journey with Infertility. Most of you know last spring I did a photographic project about infertility. So I wanted to pair the music and pictures in a slide show.
I know that some of you might feel a little sad when you see my pictures or see the slide show, bu I promise that is not my intention. This project has had a lot of healing power in it for me. Music is so powerful and when joined with Photography I think its indescribable.
Anyways I hope that maybe if you have ever experienced anything as devastating as infertility that you too can find an outlet to express yourself also. And maybe I can help inspire you to express yourself too. Its really hard to put yourself out there. But when you do its life changing.

Shannon this really is so beautiful. The emotion is raw, the song is perfect, and the pictures are beautiful. Pictures really do speak a thousand words, but when paired with music the emotion is so strong!
