8 weeks old (a few days late) oops

Kalea was 8 weeks old on Wednesday;) She has been doing fantastic! Her growth is right on track for her gestational age. She continues to gain weight and gets chunkier everyday;) I love seeing her all filled out, with every roll she gets cuter. I am so glad that she doesn't look like a shriveled up old man anymore!!! It is such a weird thought that she is still supposed to be in my tummy;) She is so big!
She has really taken off the past few days with eating. She has finally had that "lightbulb" turn on that everyone keeps talking about. She wakes up and eats so well now. Hopefully the docs will see how well she is doing and send her home soon!
I am so anxious to get her home. BUT on the other hand it's kinda nerve racking too. I am so used to having the monitors tell me she is ok and the nurses have been so wonderful. We will miss them lots. They have taught me so much and I am glad I got to kinda be in mommy boot camp the past 2 months. I trust the nurses with her life and it sure is nice to have a baby and still get a full night sleep. Soon though that will no longer be!!! I am totally ok with that though. I am ready!! Kalea loves to be awake at night so I am in trouble. BUT that's ok I will just be a night owl with her. ;)
So I had another phenomenal meltdown this past week. I had to go home and just take a break. I am here so much I dont even know what day it is half the time. I am glad I had a day to just chill.... I needed it.

Anyways I will write another post about how I got my ugly cry on and then went and got my hair cut.... which was a good choice... I needed it.
Alright my peeps thanks for readin;) and thanks for all your prayers! The Lord has really been with us and blessed us with this miracle baby.
